Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or report order issues such as incorrect item received etc. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

The refund you received will be less shipping amounts paid and a 25% restocking fee. Should the return be due to our error this will not apply. 

To start a return, you can contact us at kat@thebadgeboutiqueco.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES

 If you have items that are damaged during the shipping process, you must keep all packaging and items because USPS may request they be brought in for inspection. No refunds or replacements will be shipped until the claim process as been completed. 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Items that cannot be refunded are:

Personalized items.

Custom items.

Items purchased with a clearance or final sale discount.

Gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
